Training with us to become a River Guide.
Have the job that others dream of and join our 5 week course and learn the skills to become a Whitewater River Guide. Foaming Fury is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people to join our successful team. Applicants must have held an open drivers license for one year to work in all areas of our company. Conditions apply contact us for more details.
During our training course we will cover all areas of commercial raft guiding and whitewater rescue.
It is a requirement of employment that all applicants attain an LR bus license, drivers authorisation and senior first aid certificate at their own expense (see the Department of Transport for any license questions)
By the end of the training course all trainees are required to purchase their personal safety equipment at own cost.
Our company also conducts bus adventure tours to Cape Tribulation with all guides encouraged to learn.
All medical conditions, disabilities and swimming ability must be disclosed prior to interviews.
